FIDDLE TUNES WORKSHOP OF THE CREE FIDDLERS OF JAMES BAY

| You are invited to a mixed instrument workshop exploring Cree fiddle tunes from James Bay (Canada) and led by Dr. Frances Wilkins. The workshop is for intermediate/advanced melody instruments and the music will be taught by ear.
The event will also give you time to look around our photographic and ephemera exhibition featuring the Cree people of an area of northern Canada. The workshop is free with donations to the Friends of the Elphinstone Institute, who part-funded the exhibition. |
